Buying a San Antonio Home
BUYER'S ADVOCATE
|
|

|
We'll be your advocate. As such, we
will owe you our fidelity, loyalty, obedience, diligence
accountability, disclosure and reasonable care in matters affecting your
purchase. We will give you advice and compare home values in the
neighborhood/school district you select. We'll skillfully
negotiate price, condition, incentives & other terms with sellers or
builders and follow through to insure that those things happen. As
with any investment of this magnitude, you should always look at the legal
aspects of buying or selling.

HOMES FOR SALE IN SAN
ANTONIO
|
|
|

Smith & Associates |
Search
for every existing San Antonio area home
on the market today by subdivision, by school district, by individual school
or by selected map area. Or, look for a complete listing of
all
of new and to-be-built homes on the market, (many, with
floor plans). Foreclosed homes are in the
existing home database. For sale by owner homes are available too,
but not in great density. San
Antonio FSBO is the most complete location to search for a FSBO home. |

FINANCING
|
|
 |
We'll help you get a
loan approval at no cost to you. We work closely with Chris Boyd with WR
Starkey Mortgage, a local lender, that has added an
on-line
pre-qualification/pre-approval capability. Try him
now. You should also begin watching interest
rates from an unbiased source (set up an automatic
email). Hundreds of on-line lenders are competing for your
attention. Our advice is to leave your options open. Our "FINANCING"
page has more loan-related options.

INSPECTIONS
|
|
|
Always plan to have your home inspected by a licensed inspector familiar
with local building codes. Here is an
inspection strategy that might help.
Find more mold in a home. Also, see what the
home inspector's professional association, ASHI,
has to offer.
The society is equivalent to our National Association of REALTORs®.
