The Duty of a San Antonio Buyer's Agent A buyer's agent owes the following duties to a buyer: OBEDIENCE, DISCLOSURE, REASONABLE CARE, DILIGENCE, LOYALTY, CONFIDENTIALITY & ACCOUNTABILITY.
